Order Processing:

• Orders for stock products ship within 24-48 hours via UPS Ground within the continental United States.
• All apparel requires additional handling time and ships directly from the manufacturer.  Apparel will be delivered separate from the rest of your order
• Only 1 Coupon Code can be used per order. Coupon Codes are entered in the checkout of the shopping cart.
• Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart when order is placed.
• Our distribution center is located in Ellisville, MO and all orders take from 1 to 5 work days to reach their destination once they have been shipped.
• Customers will receive notification on Stock products via email once their order ships.

Damaged Product Policy:

• Please check the contents of your shipment & report any damage to us within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
• The original carton and packing materials must be saved for a damage claim to be made.
• In certain cases, UPS will need to inspect the damage for verification.

Product Refunds:

• Do not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Real Estate Supply Store warehouse. If customer received free shipping on their order, Real Estate Supply Store will charge the customer for the actual UPS ship rate on their order. The actual UPS ship rate is based on the weight of the product and UPS zone it is shipped to from our warehouse in Ellisville, MO.
• 20% cancellation/restocking fee for Stock & Custom products.
• $20.00 additional artwork charge on cancelled Custom product orders where a proof has been created.
• No refunds on orders with approved artwork.
• Calendars are Non-Refundable

Product Return Policy:

• Accepted within 14 days from date of order.
• Obtain a Return Authorization number from our office before shipping product back to us.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
